But birthday girl Jennifer Lawrence, who turns 22 today, showcases her femininity in all its voluptuous glory for an ultra-slick US Vogue in what is her sultriest shoot to date.
The Oscar-nominee can be seen lying back on her elbows against the backdrop of a barley crop while posing in a daringly low-cut blood red bodice and what appears to be a crocodile skin jacket.

Jennifer's hair is swept back in a dramatic quiff as she stares off into the distance with a subtle pout.
The Kentucky native has been captured endlessly running around Santa Monica in a bid to recapture her action girl physique for the upcoming Hunger Games sequel Catching Fire.
Lawrence is set to reprise her role as heroine Katniss Everdeen, reportedly securing a gargantuan $9.5million payrise since the first film to ink a $10m deal for the movie.
The Californian resident features alongside Kristen Stewart, Florence Welch and Lady Gaga in the magazine's 120th anniversary edition, honouring the 21st century's hottest starlets.
The publication states: 'Every era has its stylish faces, talents, and voices that profoundly influence the moment.

But despite gracing the pages of the fashion bible, Jennifer claims to have her head securely screwed on her shoulders and refuses to dabble with the size zero trend.

Speaking to UK Marie Claire, the young actress said: 'I’m totally normal. You see these 12 and 13-year-olds ordering salads with dressing on the side and thinking they need to be on a diet. I do want the stick-thin trend to end.'
She also told Seventeen: 'I remember when I was 13 and it was cool to pretend to have an eating disorder because there were rumors Lindsay Lohan and Nicole Richie were anorexic. It was crazy.'
'I went home and told my mum, "Nobody's eating bread - I just had to finish everyone's burgers."'
