A male model beat up and throttled his Thai girlfriend after accusing her of having sex with another man in the toilet at a swingers party, a court heard.
Patrick Ribbsaeter, 32, allegedly attacked 29-year-old Wachiraporn Sara-Pod during the drive home from a 'Killing Kittens' night at a restaurant in Leicester Square.
The debauched nights, founded by Kate Middleton's close friend Emma Sayle, frequently lead to orgies, are popular with wealthy revellers.

'Suffocated': Patrick Ribbsaeter, left, is accused of hitting Wachiraporn Sara-Pod, right, repeatedly in the face, smashing her head against the dashboard and throttling her But things turned nasty for Miss Sara-Pod after the party, she claims, when she was forced to flee from her boyfriend's car wearing nothing but a fur coat, her face streaming with blood.
Ribbsaeter is on trial at the Old Bailey accused of causing grievous bodily harm, after hitting her in the face repeatedly and smashing her head against the car dashboard.
Jurors heard that the couple attended the upmarket sex event on October 28 last year.
Prosecutor Camille Da Silva said: ‘It is a swingers’ party. Members of the public attend with a view to having sex with other people.’
During the night Miss Sara-Pod went to the toilets with a male friend to take cocaine.
She told the court: 'I was feeling tipsy. I remember I took two lines of cocaine.
‘Patrick came in and said I had slept with a guy in the toilet. He was really angry. He grabbed me and took me out.’
Ribbsaeter, who is Swedish, then left her and went to another nightspot, the British Luxury Club in Mayfair.
She followed him there but he refused to talk to her and left with a friend.
Finally at 6.30am he agreed to meet her by her car, a Land Rover Discovery parked in Chinatown.
When she arrived, he struck her across the face, knocking her to the ground, the court heard.
‘He was shouting at her and struck her again while she was sitting on the floor,’ said Miss Da Silva.
KILLING KITTENS AND THE KATE MIDDLETON CONNECTION
'Sisters': Kate Middleton and Emma Sayle on a lunchdate in London
The controversial and outspoken founder of Killing Kittens is one of the leading figures on London's swinging scene.
She even describes herself as 'one of the world's leading sextrepreneurs'.
Which makes her connection to the Royal Family all the more intriguing.
When she's not hosting sex parties and expanding her adult empire, Emma Sayle is also the head of The Sisterhood, an all-female charity group which Kate Middleton joined in 2007.
The future Queen was even due to take part in a planned cross-Channel rowing attempt with the group in 2007, until she was forced to withdraw because of security concerns.
The pair were photographed together on training sessions on the Thames. The crew, without Kate, completed the gruelling 21-mile journey in less than four hours.

A passer-by saw the attack and asked, ‘why are you hitting the girl?’ before punching Ribbsaeter in the face, the court was told.
But Miss Sara-Pod intervened to protect Ribbsaeter, saying: ‘Please don’t hurt him, he’s my boyfriend,’ jurors were told.
Ribbsaeter then drove his girlfriend back towards his home in Streatham, south London, while constantly asking if she had sex with the man in the toilet, the court heard.
‘Patrick hit me again and again,' she told the Old Bailey. 'He was asking me "Did you have sex with that guy?" I say no and when I say no he hit me.
‘He tell me I’m lying. He said he will hit me until I say the truth.
‘Then he grabbed my hair and hit my head on the console. He kept hitting me so many times that I tried to open the car to jump out.’
Ribbsaeter eventually stopped the car in Thornton Heath and asked her if she wanted to have sex on the back seat, the court heard.
‘I said yes because I believed it would calm him down,’ said Miss Sara-Pod.
But after the sex, she said, he punched her in the face and put his hands round her throat, the court heard.
‘He had his whole body on top of me and kept punching on my face many times. I was bleeding.
‘He had his hand round my neck and squeezed it until I felt suffocated.’
The court heard that the assault stopped when Ribbsaeter noticed she was losing consciousness.
‘It ended when she managed to escape from the car wearing nothing but a fur coat,’ said Miss Da Silva.
‘She runs to a garage and sees a mechanic, who calls 999 at 10.14am.’
In a police interview, Ribbsaeter denied he had assaulted Miss Sara-Pod in the car and claimed he had taken a taxi home.
‘The prosecution say what took place was a sustained prolonged assault,’ said Miss Da Silva.
Ribbsaeter denies grievous bodily harm.
