Bosses spent the day trying to bring the show — which aired its first live instalment last night — under control after unruly acts threatened to ruin it.

Violinist Analiza Ching was in floods of tears after telling producers she was not ready to perform, while singer Rachel Knowland broke down after finding out her first audition was relegated to just a few minutes on Saturday’s show — with viewers having no idea who she is.
Meanwhile, opera singing favourite Jonathan was hit by illness amid fears he will not be able to sing properly tonight.
An insider said: “It was chaos at the studios yesterday. All the acts were desperately trying to rehearse with every spare bit of space being used, but the pressure just got too much for a few of the contestants and there were a lot of tears.

“Analiza had a massive meltdown after her rehearsal and broke down saying she didn’t feel she was good enough and wasn’t properly prepared to face the judges.
“Rachel was also in tears after seeing that she barely appeared in Saturday night’s show. She now feels viewers have no idea who she is compared to a lot of the other acts and that will impact on her chances of winning.
“Producers are also really worried about Jonathan after he was ordered home to rest before his performance tonight. He is still unwell with a nasty cold and has also had a reaction to the antibiotics he was taking, so he is also being sick.”
Jonathan admitted last night to TV Biz: “I have got a cold and I am resting up.
Unwell ... Jonathan Antoine

“I am steaming my vocal chords and I am on tablets. I am hoping it doesn’t have an impact on my voice but I am quite nervous.”
But not everyone was having trauma — dancing dog Pudsey who performed with owner Ashleigh Butler last night was calm after bosses gave him his own TRAILER.
An insider said: “Pudsey is undoubtedly one of the big stars of this year’s show and he is being treated as such.
“He has his own trailer so he can relax — and he needs it with all the madness around him.”
