In The Only Way Is Essex, a host of the reality show's female stars have undergone surgery to enhance their breasts.
But in Made In Chelsea, it appears one the stars is going the other way - by having her breasts reduced.
On the opening episode of the third series of the E4 show, Gabriella Tristao - otherwise known as Gabilicious - hosted a 'boob party' to celebrate her newly-deflated cleavage.

After inviting all the new and old Made In Chelsea castmembers, Gabilicious made a grand entrance with two male assistants covering up her cleavage with feathered fans.
It was then time for the big reveal as they opened the fans to show off her decidedly ample, but not as large as her breasts were before.

As she spoke about her decision to go under the knife with Francis Boulle and Fredrik Ferrier, the two men couldn't take their eyes off her plunging neckline.
She explained: 'I went against the general pattern of boobs. Its not something take lightly. I've thought about this for three years.'

With Hugo now all loved up with new girlfriend Natalie Joel, he has been spending less time than ever with his best friend.
