The multi-millionaire couple behind the Gadget Shop chain have been arrested after allegedly being caught in a tawdry liaison in a nightclub toilet.
Police claim wealthy entrepreneur Mary Gorman, 43, was engaged in a sordid tryst with another man while her tycoon husband Chris watched.
Mother of four Mrs Gorman was then alleged to have lashed out at a policeman before she and her 44-year-old husband were arrested.

The couple, who are worth more than £45million, were on a family holiday to Disney World in America at the time.
The allegations are a dramatic departure from the influential pair’s polished public image, and they have denied all charges brought against them.
Mr Gorman, who was awarded an OBE in 2005, made his fortune from businesses including popular high street chain the Gadget Shop and rubs shoulders with tycoons such as Sir Richard Branson.

But their arrest has raised questions about their lifestyle – as have a series of racy photographs posted on Mrs Gorman’s Facebook page.

Incident: The couple were arrested at the Roxy Club in Orlando, pictured, but the other man at the scene was released without charge

The couple, who have been married for 19 years, were arrested during a family holiday to Disney World in Orlando, Florida, in August.
Police claim to have discovered them in a locked cubicle in the men’s toilets at the Roxy Club, a favourite haunt of disgraced golfer Tiger Woods, who lived in the area.
According to a police report, Mrs Gorman was performing a sex act on an unnamed man, while her husband watched.
Officer Noah Pruitt said: ‘One of the club employees informed me that a white male, black male and a white female, later identified as defendant Mary Lang Gorman, were possibly having sex in the men’s restrooms.
‘As we entered the men’s restroom, I noticed the stall was locked. Once the stall door opened, the white male was watching defendant Gorman performing a sex act on the black male.
‘The white male and black male exited the stall, exiting the bathroom. Defendant Gorman was still inside the bathroom and was asked to leave several times.
‘Defendant Gorman turned around and pushed me in the chest with an open hand. The white male was later identified as Christopher Gorman.’

Scandal: The couple, who have both made millions, deny all the charges brought against them in Florida

A search of Mrs Gorman’s purse later revealed two pieces of paper, allegedly containing a small amount of cocaine, and she was arrested and charged with battery of a police officer and possession of cocaine.
A spokesman for the Florida State Attorney’s Office said the charges carried a maximum jail sentence of five years.
Mr Gorman was arrested and charged with interfering with a police officer who was trying to arrest his wife. The couple’s children were said to have been in the care of nannies. It was not clear whether all four children, who are aged seven to 21, were with them on the holiday.
The Gormans were not charged with any indecency offences and were allowed to return to Scotland, while the man with them was released without charge.

Yesterday Mr and Mrs Gorman denied all charges and said they were ‘horrified’ by the claims.
They added: ‘Although the arrest did happen, we firmly do not believe that we have done anything to merit the charges or treatment we received.
‘We totally reject all the charges and have appointed an attorney in Orlando who fully expects a successful resolution in due course.’
Mrs Gorman is due to appear before a judge on November 23. Her husband’s court appearance has been postponed after lawyers indicated he would plead not guilty.
